What is Pét-Nat?
- Pét-Nat is a type of sparkling wine.
- Pét-Nat aka Pétillant Naturel means “naturally sparkling.”
- Unlike Champagne, it only goes through one fermentation.
- Typically unfiltered with no additives. Ours have no added sulfites!
